What this is

Français Express is independent preparation material for the TCF Canada and TEF Canada examinations. It is produced by Gurdeep Singh, sole proprietor, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to France Éducation international, the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris Île-de-France, or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

All practice material here is original. It is modelled on the publicly documented exam formats; it is not reproduced from any real examination.

What we do not promise

  • We do not guarantee any particular score, level or NCLC band.
  • We do not guarantee any immigration outcome. Nothing here is immigration advice.
  • Exam formats and immigration rules change. Always confirm current requirements with your test centre and with IRCC before you book or rely on anything.

Your account

Your subscription is for you personally. Do not share your login, and do not redistribute, resell or republish the course material. Accounts showing signs of shared use may be suspended.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

Your 3-day free trial, and what happens on day 3

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You provide a payment method to begin the trial. At the end of the third day, that payment method is charged automatically for the plan you selected.

  • Nothing is charged during the trial. You have the whole course for those 3 days.
  • The trial starts when you complete checkout, not when you first log in.
  • If you do nothing, you will be charged. That is how the trial ends by default.
  • To avoid the charge, cancel before the trial ends — one click from your account page, no email or phone call needed, and no reason required.
  • While the trial is running, the course shows a countdown at the top of every page — three days, two days, tomorrow — so the date of the first charge is always in front of you.
  • The amount, the currency and the date of that first charge are shown on the payment page before you confirm.

One trial per person. We may decline a further trial to an account or payment method that has already had one.

Payment and cancellation

  • After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time, in one click from your account page.
  • Cancelling during the trial costs you nothing.
  • Cancelling after a charge does not refund the current period, but you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • If you were charged in error, or something was clearly broken when you paid, contact us at any time. We will sort it out.

There is no separate refund window. The free trial is there so that you can judge the course before any money changes hands. Nothing here affects your rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will never be down. If an extended outage stops you using what you paid for, contact us and we will extend your access.

Limits on liability

To the extent Canadian law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other consumer protection legislation that applies to you.

Who you are contracting with

Français Express is operated by Gurdeep Singh, a sole proprietor carrying on business in Ontario, Canada. When these terms say "we" or "us", that is who they mean.

Your agreement is with that person. There is no separate company, and we would rather say so plainly than imply a corporation that does not exist.
